  7. Focusing on error prevention

    Eliminating an error is not enough: its root cause must be corrected. Error prevention always takes precedence over correction.

  8. Selecting reliable suppliers

    The quality of our products depends on the quality of raw materials and traded goods. We require our suppliers to deliver optimal quality and to strictly comply with legal obligations, including REACH and RoHS.

  9. Controlling and correcting when necessary

    Despite our vigilance, errors may occur. We have therefore implemented detection procedures, such as visual inspections upon receipt and dispatch of goods.

  10. Guaranteeing product safety

    Some of our products are intended for food contact. Product safety and consumer health protection are therefore our top priorities.

  11. Complying with regulations and customer requirements

    We strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Our quality guidelines are binding, and we also ensure compliance with our customers’ specific requirements.

 

These commitments are implemented and monitored within our quality management system, ensuring traceability, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. This system is ISO 9001 certified.

Our Approach to CSR

In addition to our quality policy, we are progressively implementing a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. Our ambition is to combine industrial performance, environmental protection, and social commitment.

Environmental responsibility

We work to reduce the environmental impact of our activities by optimising our processes and promoting eco-responsible practices across our organisation:

  • optimising packaging to reduce plastic waste,

  • recovering and recycling production scrap,

  • selecting raw materials compliant with REACH and RoHS,

  • reducing the energy consumption of our sites.
