Thanks to the introduction of a powerful international ERP system - namely SAP Business One - we have been able to define detailed, documented workflows and processes for over 10 years. This enables our teams to adopt a continuous improvement approach and ensures that the organisation's expertise is accessible at all times. Proactive quality planning and regular management reviews ensure that we can meet our customers' requirements in the long term.
We are aware that the performance of our business depends on smooth, automated quality processes that save our people time. These quality processes, which range from automated document management and supplier evaluation to risk management and complaint handling, and the compliance of these day-to-day operations, are ensured by SAP B1.
Quality management
ISO 9001:2015 certification provides global recognition of quality management systems within a company. This certification, which we have had since 2004, enables us to challenge ourselves and update our processes. Quality-related activities are planned, controlled and monitored throughout the process.
Finally, we have incorporated the REACH and ROHS requirements and regulations into all our purchasing and production processes.
