Spacers And Dowel Pins For Every Application
Spacers and dowel pins are essential parts for maintaining exact distances and ensuring reliable positioning of components. They also provide excellent electrical insulation and thermal resistance. Our retaining spacers are designed with self-locking lips, preventing loss during tightening, loosening, or transport. These anti-loss spacers are especially beneficial for automated production lines and applications exposed to vibration or dynamic loads.
For demanding environments, we also manufacture spacer sleeves, standoffs and dowel pins from chemical-resistant materials such as glass-fibre reinforced nylon (PA-GF), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyacetal (POM), PVDF, polystyrene (PS) and more. Depending on the material, operating temperatures range from approx. −40°C to +180°C, and up to +260°C with PTFE.
