Description

Fully threaded hex head screw with integrated flange made of natural nylon (PA). The additional 6-lobe drive enables high tightening torques and reduces wear. The hex screw is available as standard with thread sizes from M4 to M12 and lengths from 6 to 80 mm. Other sizes and materials are available on request.

Advantages

The 6-lobe (Torx) drive allows for strong and precise tightening, making it ideal for automated screwing. Like all plastic screws, this flanged hex screw is lightweight, rust-free, corrosion-resistant and electrically insulating. The integrated flange provides a larger bearing surface, eliminating the need for additional washers.

usage

Thanks to the 6-lobe drive, these hex screws are ideally suited for use in automated production lines. The insulating properties of nylon make them suitable for electronic applications. The corrosion resistance of the material makes the plastic screw particularly well-suited for use in damp or chemically aggressive environments.
