Description

This retaining / anti-loss spacer, is a spacer with two retaining lips within the inside diameter, which are captured by the screw thread holding the screw and spacer in position. This provides the anti-loss facility espcially useful in pre-assembly of the fastener with a component.

Ease of pre-assembly. Prevents loss of loose screws and spacer befor tightening is required.

The inside diameters of our retaining spacers are largely based on the standard clearance hole diameters specified in ISO 273. They are therefore suitable for the following metric screws and thread sizes:
