Description

The Nyltite gasket is designed to seal and dampen vibrations. The Nyltite washers protect the joint from electrolytic action and the surfaces from friction. The seal is specially designed to prevent it from buckling under pressure.

Advantages

Offers many advantages as it provides sealing and protection on a wide range of screws and is reusable. Provides electrical isolation between the screw and the support; prevents galvanic corrosion around the seal. Ease of assembly as sealing is achieved without specific preparation of the bearing point. Noise reduction. Absorption of vibrations due to increased torque. Elimination of potential risks due to the surface quality under the head of the receiving part. Advantageous replacement for mechanical washers. Highly chemically resistant to most environments. (Petroleum products, salt water, hot oils, solvents, chemicals, …). This washer can withstand temperatures between -56 °C and +120 °C.

usage
