Since June 2023, Bülte has been offering our DIN 9021 PTFE washer in its catalog. This well-known standardized washer, available from Bülte in natural polyamide, 30% glass-fibre reinforced PA and PP, is a flat washer conforming to DIN 9021, which is a technical standard issued by the German Standards Institute (Deutsches Institut für Normung) for flat washers.

DIN 9021 washers are now also made from PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, known by its commercial name Teflon), a plastic material that is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
